PDF Page Picker
Split, merge, reorder, rotate, and extract PDF pages locally in your browser.
Status: Live · Processing: local/browser-side only. Choose one or more PDFs, review page thumbnails, rearrange what you need, then download a new PDF without uploading the original document to CyganLabs.
PDF chores should not always require an account, a subscription, or handing a document to a random web service. This tool keeps the document work in your browser. It is built for extracting a few pages from a packet, removing blank scans, rotating sideways pages, combining handouts, and handling the small PDF jobs that should not need a full platform.
Privacy note: PDF files you choose here are processed locally in your browser. The tool does not intentionally upload your documents to CyganLabs, store them in WordPress, or send them to an AI service. Normal CyganLabs page infrastructure may still load site assets, analytics, or ads; the local-processing claim is about your PDF contents, not a promise that the entire page is network-silent.
Important boundary: this is a page picker, not a secure redaction system. Removing a page from the output PDF is not the same thing as redacting sensitive text, images, metadata, annotations, hidden layers, or embedded content inside a page. If a PDF contains confidential material, use the same judgment you would use before emailing the original file. For actual redaction, use software designed for that purpose and verify the result carefully.

When to use it
- Extracting only the pages you need from a packet, scan, agenda, form, or handout.
- Removing blank pages from scanned PDFs.
- Rotating sideways pages before sending a cleaner copy.
- Combining multiple PDFs into one small handoff file.
- Reordering pages after a scanner, copier, or rushed workflow put them in the wrong order.
What it can do
- Load one or more PDFs in the browser.
- Render page thumbnails so you are not picking blind.
- Select individual pages or page ranges.
- Reorder pages by dragging cards or moving selected pages earlier/later.
- Rotate selected pages left or right.
- Remove selected pages from the output plan.
- Export all planned pages or selected pages only.
- Download a new PDF while leaving the original files untouched.
What it does not do
- It does not edit text inside a PDF.
- It does not redact sensitive information inside a page.
- It does not OCR scanned documents.
- It does not reliably handle encrypted, password-protected, damaged, unusually large, or heavily secured PDFs.
- It is not a PDF compressor. The output may be smaller, larger, or roughly the same depending on the source file.
- It does not replace dedicated legal, archival, accessibility, or compliance software.
- It does not upload, store, or archive your PDF. If you clear the page, the browser-side plan is gone.
Questions
Do my PDFs upload to CyganLabs?
No. The PDF parsing, thumbnail rendering, page copying, rotating, and export run in your browser. The selected files are not intentionally uploaded to CyganLabs or stored by WordPress. Normal site infrastructure still serves the page itself, but the documents stay local to your browser session.
Why does this page load more code than the tiny text tools?
PDFs need more machinery than plain text. Rendering thumbnails and rebuilding page order requires real PDF libraries. The page vendors those libraries so the document work can happen locally instead of sending the file to an outside PDF service.
Can this safely redact a PDF?
No. Removing an entire page is one thing. Hiding or removing sensitive text inside a page is a different problem, and bad redaction can expose information you meant to remove. Use a proper redaction tool for that.
Can this merge PDFs?
Yes. Choose multiple PDFs, keep the pages you want in the page plan, reorder them if needed, then build the new PDF.
